Civil Society
& Governance
Agenda has extensive networks with key political, media, and civil society actors across local to global theaters of operation. Agenda has supported USAID, US Department of Defense, NATO, UNDP, Millennium Challenge Corporation, foreign governments and private-sector institutions on public advocacy and capacity building, stakeholder engagement, messaging and narrative development and promotion, crisis communications, countering disinformation, and other critical strategic communications areas. Agenda is adept at developing and managing strong local networks with key political and community stakeholders and has a proven track record of rapidly mobilizing and deploying expert teams throughout the world.
Agenda supports a broad range of civil society strengthening activities through top-down and bottom-up approaches. With the former, we focus on capacity building among civil society organizations to help them communicate effectively with their target audiences. For the latter, we work to cultivate public trust in civil society through awareness and education campaigns and advocacy work to promote better understanding of the role and value of good governance and fair and open democratic principles.
