Chief Operating Officer
For over a decade Chris has applied his unique approach to problem solving to implement strategies and policies that help firms succeed. A Certified Public Accountant, Chris has an understanding of what makes a company tick and what will help it to run better. He has consulted for a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, commercial construction and Native American and Tribal entities such as the Jicarilla Apache Nation. Chris has also provided strategic litigation support for the US Department of Justice and is currently taking a leadership role in New Mexico long term healthcare issues, Medicaid funding challenges and GHG policy issues.
As an entrepreneur, Chris owned and operated a twenty million dollar residential construction company building over fifteen hundred homes in New Mexico. His company was listed as one of Builder Magazine’s top builders in the United States for two consecutive years.
Chris has also worked closely with with many notable public and elected officials as both a policy and financial advisor. A believer in individual involvement in community and volunteerism, Chris works with nonprofit educational organizations such as the Amy Biehl Foundation and Joy Junction. Chris also recently served as the treasurer of the Turner for Governor Campaign.
Chris has a passion for job creation and local economic development. He is active in many business organizations and is a member of Albuquerque Economic Forum, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He is the current sitting Vice-Chair of the City of Albuquerque Emergency Medical Services Authority board. Chris received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Business.
